We're wanting to deploy Active Directory here at work. I understand a lot of the old licensing with CALs, etc... I'm just curious if there is a place where I can get the bottom line and figure out what all we need.

We're wanting to deploy Active Directory on 2 servers....so there will be 2 DCs with 17,000 users....about 11,000 FTE. The only services we'll provide is authentication at this time. There are plans to support Exchange 2003 later. Are there separate AD licenses I have to acquire? What all do I need to pay for to stay legal? Thanks,
