Works okay, but iTap RDP is a lot better IMHO. Then again, it costs money compared to Microsoft's app which is free so there is that.

Sounds interesting, assuming the site linked uses a bunch of graphics crap instead of just text though as all I see when I hit it on my mobile was the article title.

I played with this a bit last night. I routinely use 2X client to manage my servers at work. I don't think I will be changing.

There seems to be this wierd touch accuracy issue I couldn't get past. The virtual mouse cursor seemed kind of pointless, though it did help to click some stuff I was having issues with. Overall seems like an OK first effort, but they need to fix some of the issues and get a decent virtual mouse interface.

I tried it out. Seemed okay. I like Splashtop a lot more. Though that'll only work on computers I installed Splashtop on.

I'll have to take a look at this 2X client.

More awkward than the other client I was using.. which doesn't seem to be working now.. Also just tried 2X client (which I use on OSX) and it is much better than the MS one and somewhat better than what I was using.

Tried it, and it works just fine. I prefer its interface over 2X client, although I have not had an issue with 2X client before.

Is this a different idea than something like Logmein?

Not really, but remote desktop is built into windows, so you just need to turn it on it to use this. Lomein requires installing their software on your pc.

There's also the advantage that if you're on the local network, it will just go over the local network rather than the intertrons.
