There is an easy Regedit fix in Majorgeeks that turned mine back on along with the Task scheduler fix for it.

Because you don't have many choices in the OS world. Windows take a 90% chunk of the market.

Linux is too hard to use and Mac OS hardware is too expensive.

Let me see, the last time I used a registry backup was... hmm... pretty much never.
