I'm well aware of that. My point is the MS adapter is outrageously expensive, as are most of their accessories.

That's a good point, I never thought about that. Still, it would be nice to have G included (at no extra cost) with the ability to add an N adapter later, if desired. If the Wii and DS can include wifi at no extra cost, then what's the problem?
