I received a Microsoft Florida Class Action Settlement in the mail. It basically states that I could be eligible for benefits from purchases I made of Microsoft products between November 1995 to December 2002. It said that Microsoft used improper business tactics to overcharge its customers during that time and has recently settled with the state.

Anyone else got this?
 
Seems the package I got says I can get $12.00. Haven't figured out if that is after the laywers take their fees or before. Anyway, there looks to be an option to donate your money to our schools and god knows they need all the help they can get.
 
Yeah I would give it to the schools. What are you going to do with $12 anyway? Buy half a mouse?
