$20 rebate with OFFICIAL MS REBATE COUPON ONLY.
Buy at Fry's for $19.99 plus tax and send the rebate to M$.
Here's the rebate.
Enjoy.

PS. Since the rebate is directly to MS, you don't have to buy from Fry's. It's just they are the cheapest near me.

It means that you won't get the rebate for sure.
In the past there are some people who had trouble with Microsoft because of that. If you cannot prove that Fry's advertised the $20 rebate, you might face difficulties.

What does that mean? :(

That means they only accept the tiny rebate form that comes taped to the box. There isn't a UPC code to send in, so they only accept the original rebate form. I went to Fry's (again) tonight and there's no rebate form/sticker on the box.

So,

Why don't you just find a retailer who is advertising the rebate, price match to fry's and send in the rebate. Even if its not frys and you end up paying a lousy $5 I think its worth it.
