Microsoft Exchange Question

I have a lot of rules set up and I am apparently out of space. Rules have stopped running and when I make a new rule I get the "space limitation" error message. Can my IT give just me more space or is it "one size fits all"?

Just want an idea before I put in a ticket.

Depends where the space limitation is. Is it just in Outlook?
