Microsoft Excel - Pivot Tables question

I originally had a question about adjusting pivot tables to tightly fit when you change font size to something smaller, but figured that one out.

But I still need to figure out the following: if I use pivot tables often, and use different colors for different columns, is there a way that I can simplify the process, other than using borders and shading option and manually entering in custom colors for each column.. can i use a template or macros?

you can use conditional formatting, depending on what exactly you are trying to do
