Microsoft Excel help

I need help using Excel. I want to make a drop box that in puts data onto a spread sheet.
I have done this before but I cant remember how I did it can anyone help?

You want the Combo Box from the Forms toolbar (View --> Toolbars). Click and then drag it on the worksheet. Set up a range with your values and then right click the control and choose Format Control. Now link to your list and choose a location to store the selected value.
