Microsoft downloads website down?

Hey, I'm having problems accessing some Microsoft content, I'm hoping someone can let me know if it's just a problem on my end. I can't view any videos at http://www.asp.net/LEARN/linq-videos/ and I'm having trouble downloading this file. That down for everyone or just me website is no good because I can connect to the servers just fine, I'm just getting a blank page (or in the case of the Silverlight videos, they just plain won't play).

Any help will be rewarded with a virtual cookie. TIA.
