Microsoft Digital Locker any issues?

I'm looking to possibly use this service but wanted to check with people here first. Any issues with downloading and using this software?

I don't know anything about Digital Locker, but Stardock's TotalGaming.net is selling space rangers 2 for the same price. I purchased GalCiv2 through that, and it works great. You don't need to connect online to play or anything
