Microsoft Cordless Wheel Mouse Wheel dont work!!!!!!

I have a Microsoft Cordless Wheel Mouse, about a year old.... And the wheel doesnt work anymore!!! Well about once a month it might start working for an hour but thats it! Does anyone know how to fix it? Could it just be a loose wire or something?

hehe, Nope batteries are fine! Everything works except for the wheel!

Sounds like the senser thingy inside the wheel is broken! Did you drop the mouse on the ground or something? Or did it just stop working?

I dont remember! I might have dropped it once but it was still working after it dropped.

have u tried to remove the wireless mouse software and then reinstall it?
