I am getting an error at boot up on an IBM laptop that says "Microsoft Connection Manager: The Service Profile is Damaged. Reinstall the service profile."
I have read many articles on it, they say things like edit sime MSN files, remove an reg entry for the connection manager, reinstall MSN. None of these fixes have worked.
This computer never ran MSN, but the problem started when the owner deleted the MSN Internet Access program from his desktop.
I don't want to format the drive and start over since we just did that for this computer last week.
Please help us fix this ASAP. You can reply via email to me at either, Brasstastic@bigfoot.com or tag@crTwincities.com
Thanks for your help everyone.
