the pick could be real, it's funny for all us network admins who realy on linux, suspect scary for those who run windows and ESPECIALLY iis4-5.

anyone know whats up with microsoft?

id love to see public demonstrations of the massive insecurities within windows that have been known to a select few for many months. is this legite? i personally would love to see windows insecurity exploited, especially in light of their recent .NET joke/product evolution.

All I know is that they better have the damn Service Pack 2 up when the damn site's back up...

Uhm, just checked.. it's backup??? Damn them! I don't see it!

"maybe they should try unix?"

I've heard that Microsoft did use Unix until someone found out, then they switched to Win2000. And the rest is history 😉

Actually..

Hotmail, before Microsoft bought it, was based off of Unix servers. MS didn't upgrade them, they left the structure as it is. But after word got out about them using Unix servers, they popped in the 2K servers instead 🙂
