Microsoft Bluuetooth Keyboard problem

I am hoping that someone else has had this problem?

Ive got a bluetooth keyboard and mouse (microsoft) now my mouse is working fine but my keyboard doesnt want to know.

I have to latest software and when I try to connect it, it finds it as a CSR-bc2 and when I try to enter the passkey nothing happens, I have tried new batteries but I get the same thing.

Can anyone help at all?
