I've had the mouse for a while and it had been working fine before I left for school. When I got home though my dad told me that it wasn't working so I went through the installation process and it won't find the mouse. I've done what it said-- batteries, switching channel, checking plug in all of that stuff and it still won't find it. Any ideas, I know some people at my dad's work have been having problems with it, but I'm not sure what they have done.

Here is a post that i cut and pasted from wirelessaddict forums

Link

Just go and open the CONTRON PANEL. then go below to the WIRELESS ACTIVITY button and open the WIRELESS CONTRON PANEL .
there you will find the Keyboard and Mouse images..... You see the problem is that somehow the mouse is not connected to the pc , though the pc thinks everything's fine and thats why it cand find it when u run the bluetooth connection wizard.... Well troubles are over, Just press the REMOVE button in the mouse or in the keyboard ( the one that doesnt work obviously for you... ) and click OK. then close this window ( DO NOT TRY TO MAKE THE AUTHENTICATION STUFF IT MAY STUCK AGAIN ) . Now go to the INTELLIPOINT 4.9 open it, and press the WIRELESS tab... There u can finally search for your mouse..... and yes... It's gonna find it !!
