Microsoft Anti-virus?

At work today, a few people were saying that Windows now ships with a basic AV program.

Is this true?

Not shipping yet, but they are beta testing onecare which is there antivirus software, which they got when they aquired a av maker from germany. Cant remember if they are planning on adding it to vista or not, i know they are adding the ms antispyware to vista(or some version of it)
