First we had AMD's CEO admitting he only testified against the states to get MS support for Hammer and that he wasn't even familiar with the the states' proposed remedies.

Now according to
Reuters economist Kevin Murphy (a) has had his research funded by MS for years, and (b) wasn't even publishing much (anything?) on antitrust issues until MS started paying him.

Now that's objective testimony.
