I know technically the licenses are only valid for 1 year, but say I decide not to renew my subscription - do my assigned serial numbers get invalidated somehow, or do they continue to function as they were?

If I have Windows XP installed on a box, will it stop functioning? Or will it just not activate if it needs to be reinstalled? Or will it keep functioning/re-activating like normal?

First of all, the Windows XP licenses are upgrades only. You get ten of them. And to answer your question, I would assume that you would no longer be compliant and that your licenses would be invalid. Whether or not you would still be able to activate your software, I don't know.

The Action Pack is such a great deal that it is well worth the $300 a year I pay for my small business.
