Microsoft Action Pack - Need help!

Ok, just got my MS Action Pack welcome kit in the mail (isn't it great being an "IT Consultant"?) and right away I'm having problems. Trying to install Office XP Pro on a new computer and none of the Product ID codes are working. Tried all 5. Are we supposed to do something when we get our kit before the codes will work?? What am I supposed to do?
