If Im writing up addresses in Access is it possible to alphabatize them by name & also zipcode?

It automatically saves them in alphabetical order, but I need them by zipcode also

Also is there a way that if I were to add duplicate information that it would notify me that it already exists? Im writing alot of addresses and dont need duplicates

select distinct * from [NameOfYourTable] order by [Address], [Zipcode]
