Microsoft Access Programming.. How to Group???

Hello,

I have this database hereand well I am having problems with the very last thing on my list. Here is the question it's asking me to do.

Open The Salary Statistics Query in Design View. Modify the Query so that the records are grouped by the Bonues Quota Field.

How would I go about doing that. I think I have done a good job so far but this really got me stumped.

Thanks for any help you guys can give me.

Phil

There is a more appropriate forum for this.

Anyway, just choose "Group By" for the "Total" part of the field in the design view.

or just change your SQL to be:

SELECT [Recruiter Employees].[Bonus Quota], Min([Recruiter Employees].Salary) AS MinOfSalary, Max([Recruiter Employees].Salary) AS MaxOfSalary
FROM [Recruiter Employees]
GROUP BY [Recruiter Employees].[Bonus Quota];
