I have a videos database set up and one of the fields is when a video is due back. Now I want to set up a query for overdue videos but Im not exactly sure whats the code that goes into the criteria box to shower all videos that were due back before todays date.

I remember faintly something like ()Date> but that didnt work.

Did you try to use the query wizard?

Try:

Now() returns the current date/time so anything less than now is in the past. 🙂
