Microsoft Access 2007: Sorting by BATCH #?

Hello,

Prior to upgrading from Access '03 to '07, I'd open my access database and everything would appear sorted by BATCH #. Now after the upgrade, the same file opens but sorted by LAST NAME. How can I re-organize so it will open and organize the contacts by BATCH #?
