Microsoft Access 2002 with Office 2003

Hello

We have a user with office 2003 installed. She also has Access 2002 installed and heavily uses databases. The problem is that everytime she opens up Access 2002, she gets a window that says " Installing Microsoft Access feature", it installs and goes away. This happens if I try to go into menus or anything in Access 2002.

Solutions tried:
1. Reinstall office 2003
2. Reinstall Access 2002

Nothing has worked yet. Same issues. Do you have any suggestions ? This only happens on this one pc ?

Why is office 2003 installed, but not Access 2003? I would recommend keeping the versions the same.

I think its because of licensing. When I looked to reconfigure Office 2003, it was disabled. The client company likes to keep office and access seperate because not many people use access.

Have you installed all the updates for Access 2002? The latest Service Pack?

I would do that first. But I think in the end, your only solution is to run the full 2003 suite.

yes, they are running all the sp's for office. I will try the full install of Office 2003

Install Access 2002 in a different directory such as C:\Program Files\Access instead of the default directory.

I wont be able to do that because of how the program is pushed down on the computer
