Haha, I do this to make smores with a microwave, comes out surprisingly good, but I wouldn't spend money on a device for it.

I just put the bottom Graham cracker, the chocolate, and the marshmallow in the microwave for like 7 seconds. Just until it puffs up.
Then plop on the top Graham cracker and you're done. No need for some contraption to do the same thing...
