I got a problem, for the pass year I been using MS Wireless 5000 keyboard and mouse combo and ti is been working very well. However, today my mouse scroll wheel suddenly stop working or very slowly. It is like it is not wokring 90% of the time and it work maybe only if I put the mouse over the object I want to scroll. I tried a backup wired mouse and it work fine.... any idea?

I can't find anyone selling replacement mouse feet, so you may end up needing to buy a new mouse.

Anyway, with the expectation that you might be able to put them back on, gently remove the feet (the tip of a typical pocket knife blade is shaped ideally for this task). You should see screws. Take the mouse apart, and get access to the scroll wheel.

99.9% of scroll wheels use an optical sensor for the scrolling, so some part of probably gummed up or covered over. If it's obvious what that is, clean it. Now, re-assemble the mouse, and check out the functionality.

If all went well, try to put the feet back on. If you had a hard time removing them, you might have to settle for some universal replacement option (several really small feet, or cut-to-size stuff).

if its not broke it probably just needs cleaning. take it apart, squirt contact cleaner in the scroll wheel, turn, turn, turn, towel up the excess and put it all back together.
