I recently purchased a Kingston MicroSD card with an SD card adapter. I put the MicroSD card in the SD adapter and inserted it into the SD slot in my mother's SD slot (I don't have a USB adapter). The card shows up as drive E: but when I click on it, I get "Please insert a disk into drive E:" To test the slot, I inserted my mother's Sandisk MicroSD card with its own SD card adapter. Same exact problem. When I insert a regular SD card, Windows sees it just fine.
I do not have a USB adapter to test it with, but will go down to Best Buy or Circuit City if I'm on that side of town. Does anyone have a solution?
