Just discovered a weird issue on my wife's laptop, it's a Packard Bell Notebook running Win7 64 bit. The issue just appeared yesterday.
When she starts SWTOR (but also tested with TL2 and in all likelihood ANY game or DX app , eg. mediaplayer) - the microphone input activates and you can hear the hiss/sound from the microphone through the speakers. The result is sound distortion playing or watching movies.
She has some weird realtek standard audio. I suspect it might have something to do when she set up teamspeak...but I was looking for an option to fix this but couldn't find anything.
