Micron or Infineon PC133 RAM?

I'm looking to purchase some CAS3 PC133 SDRAM from some local stores. Some of them carry Infineon while others have Micron. I'm wondering which one would be better for overclocking? I'd be interested in running the memory up to 143MHz CAS2. Which of the brands would be able to run at that speed? Is pretty much a guarantee that each brand would be able to run at 133MHz CAS2 from their rated CAS3 specs?

You can pick up some Infineon from Compuwiz1 in the Sale/Trade forum.
Cheap. He usually shows up with a thread on the weekends.

I bought two 256mb sticks from him that go 155mhz@cas2-2-2!!!

Here's the thread:

Compuwiz1's Rev 3 PC133 SDRAM

He's the man to see. Over 400+ positive refs at Heatware!!!

That Infineon memory from Compuwiz1 is great. The highest I've tested my 2x256mb sticks is at 150mhz 2-2-2. I'm currently running them at 143mhz 2-2-2.

Micron for compatibility. A design engineer told me that some of the signal timings for Infineon are strange.
