Hi guys,

I'm thinking of upgrading my Micron Millenia Max GS to an Athlon 1.2 system by replacing the mobo and putting in an Abit KT7A-RAID with 1.2GHz Thunderbird.

Do you think I'll have any problems? the only other thing I think I need to replace is the PSU which currently has 250W.
