micron crucial 128-133 cas 2 how high at cas 2?

I've got the above stick and a generic 62-133 stick together and would like to run as high as I can at cas 2. I'm getting random bsod's and lockups but don't think its memory related as I'm only at 139mz on a p3-550e now.
I guess I should remove the generic first for troubleshooting and seeing how high it'll go at cas 2.
What kind of errors are memory related?
Anyone have experience with the micron crucial cas 2?
