well, time to look for another job.
ive done everything to answer every question to him, still not satisfied. answer him, stiil wants more option (cheap bastard)
looking behind me everytime he pass to see what im doing.
man, my sales pick up and still being an ass and abusive.

oh boy, if i go i will tell my boss that he..........(fill in the blank)

Micromanagers SUCK. I won't put up with it...and haven't thus far.

ask me to handle account from Canada, so i did
ask me to fix the content and images that we provide to them, and so i did.
ask me when is coming up to be live, i reply what they told me, not a good answer(huh?)
ask me to hurry up and push them to fix the content, i said that you cannot bec. we are not the only one they are handdling, still not satisfied.
i gave the tiny managament that we have two option to solve this, still not satisfied, ask for more.
gave him the paid option, not a good answer, ask for bargain.
i soon gave him the third option, then he said how come this is too long for them to fix this?, i said well, we keep asking them too many question, "wrong answer, ask them to hurry up"

now, this is the sec. one.

need to do marketing with them, i said "sure"
ask them for marketing program or package, i go ask.
gave the little management the answer. "nope" he said" ask for bargain and deal".
i go ask again, gave the answer and to him three option, now he tells me this is confusing and demand to fix it from them. wtf, they fix it? they are our customers, geeee
this been going on for two month.

basically, this jackrabbit manager, is the only one that the owner trust and rely on to take the company. and he deliver very good, but worse attitude and demanding.

Are tiny management and little management two different people? And I can't believe your company has a jackrabbit as a manager. Do they have a possum in personnel?
