I got in on the Microcenter Xbox 360 deal about a year ago where I got $200 in rebates ($399 to $199).
I also purchased a 1 year 'replacement plan' that kicks in after the MS warranty. When I originally bought the Xbox the MS warranty was 90 days now it is 1 year, I guess I can call Microcenter and try to find out when the Microcenter warranty kicks in but I have a strong feeling that they will be unable to give me a solid answer.
My Xbox has finally RRoDed and if I return it too soon I'll probably have to send it to MS for replacement but once the Microcenter warranty kicks in I think they just give me a credit for the full purchase amount ($399).
