Microcenter one per customer policy

I was looking at getting a couple of the i7 930 for $199 at Microcenter but they have a policy of one per customer. Does anyone know how strict they are at enforcing this?

Sorry, but you will likely hear from a lot of people saying that this deal is not hot. I'm not sure what the best forum is to post this type of message, but it's not hear.

bring friend / wife / gf or whoever.

Microcenter always has these deals for 1 item per customers. I normally bypass this by just taking my wife and girlfriend. And if I need to buy more than 3 items, I just tell my wife to bring her girlfriend. And if I need more than that, I just tell my gf to bring her gf also. The problem is, if I need more items than that, cause all these girlfriends keep me up at night.

Fry's does this too, I'll just go and buy what I want. Then go and get a bite to eat. come back 20 minutes later and repeat. They don't notice or keep track.

must be a b!tch massaging their feet and serving them tea.

Microcenter typically creates your profile in their systems first time you buy from them based on your address/phone. So theoretically they could enforce 1 item per curstomer even if you tried coming next day. However, I do not know if they actually enforce the rule, I just know they have ability to do so (unless you lie about your name, address and phone second time you come in).

They don't enforce it because they don't know up front. However if the guy that unlocks it knows then it might get enforced. I usually just go get the manager instead of having the sales guy get him and then you have them pull 2 of that item out. The managers don't know bout the limit, the sales guy does

Was the kid a little boy or girl and did you ask them if they wanted candy? No NO No!
Thats sick man!
Well when I was there they were not checking I bought 2 one went to the car and I was right back and even went to the same checkout girl.

"I don't wish to be on your mailing list. You can enter the store address & phone number."

I tried buying a bunch of the i7 930's at the Denver MicroCenter, they wouldn't let me, they basically explained to me they only make money on these by getting customers to buy other parts along with the processor. I talked to the manager and made a fuss, and he said he would only sell me 3 at the max. I was planning on buying a bunch and selling them on ebay for a small profit on each one, but I needed to buy a bunch for it to be worth it. So I never bought any and just said screw it.

Idiots like you is exactly why they have that policy in place.
