A couple weeks ago I got a KG7-RAID and, like so many others, recieved a faulty board.
Well I RMA'd my board and today I recieved my new one. I havn't tested it out yet, but according to the guys at Microbarn (www.microbarn.com, where i bought it) the board "would not post." The person who actually tested my board gave me a new one, and on the sheet he said he tested it and it works. Hopefully he's right.
I havn't had any other experience with returning defective hardware, but I really appreciate that the guy actually took time to test the new one he sent me. I certainly did not expect microbarn to do that. If it in fact DOES work, I applaud the service given by microbarn and would recommend them to anyone.
I will post my results later tonight.
