MicroATX System Capabilities

Not sure if this is the place to ask this, but I have a nice little Socket 370 FC PGA Via MicroATX board and it has a slot for AGP card. I was wanting to build a nice little system with a 145 watt PS. Question is, what is the best processor/video card combo you all think I can run without taxing the PS? Probably adding a DVD player and wireless keyboard to make a nice system for downstairs web-browsing and some light gameplay on the big screen. I was thinking of a PIII 700 and maybe an GeForce MX with TV out...what do you all think? Do Radeons need more juice?

Look at an e-machine,
I think most of the older ones use a 145 watt power supply.
Of course that might be a bad example since their power supplies seem to go bad regularly.
😱
I would think the Geforce might consume a little too much power.

My $.02

I have a case and I am just trying to decide which video card to put into the case. ANy recommmendations as to a nice card that could run with a 145 watt PS?
