MicroATX Shuttle-esque cases

So I've been looking on Newegg and the closest case to my ideal is the Apevia X-QPack. It's not quite what I want, and I'm wondering if someone has run into a case that is what I'm looking for.

With the Apevia, you get basically a Shuttle case that's a little wider so that standard microATX motherboards can be used. The motherboard sits flat on the bottom of the case, and the drives, 120mm fan, and PSU are above it. I want a case where the drives/PSU are in a *bottom* chamber, and the motherboard lays flat in an upper chamber. Then top case vents would allow fresh air to go directly to the CPU/GPU. I recall seeing some custom build company offering a case like that, but it was prohibitively expensive. So has anyone seen a case like this?

Acrylic cases are just not practical for day to day use, but I know of no metal cases that fit your description.

Besides, there is a Cases & Cooling section where this thread belongs.

I've never seen a case like you describe... why don't you build one and market it?

I've used this Antec case for a couple builds previously... Text

It used to be marketed as the Antec Aria.
