MicroATX ... need a CPU heatsink/fan? Is this a bad idea?

I've read various threads where people end up saying "but why are you trying to build a microATX?"

Well, I don't know if I have a logical reason.. except that I'm building it for my dad, and so it needs to be capable of moving around the house.

So I made up a system for about $300, and I work at Intel so I got a free Conroe C2D chip. The only problem I've had is finding a CPU heatsink or fan.

What do I need to keep the Conroe from getting overly hot? Dad isnt a gamer, just dad stuff, emails, movies, etc. Any suggestions?

It depends on what microATX case you plan on using. So post up what you're getting and what it's going into.

If they system has to be moved around the house then wouldn't it be better to buy him a laptop?

I bought the following stuff to build his system. I also bought an Arctic Freezer 7 but now realize its going to be too big. I'm not building a laptop because Intel only gives out PC chips to its employees.
