microatx mb suggestion

my motherboard that i use for my dvr fried itself. Its still under warranty. Not sure i'll be able to get the same board though.

its an MSI K7N2GM

Anyone have any other suggestions for a microatx motherboard? i need it to have onboard audio, ethernet and tv-out. I might consider just putting together a whole new system and letting the insurance company pay for it. In which case i might buy a compact atx case instead of microatx. As it stands now, i think the cpu, memory and HD are intact. At least i dont see anything blackened on them.

Socket A ... although there's a chance i might be replacing the whole thing with something new. In which case the socket doesnt matter.

By TV-out, do you mean video out to monitor?

If so then the only decent mATX board would probably be the ASUS A7S8X-MX.

I have this board and it works great. Even has serial ATA for hdd.

by tv-out i mean i can connect my tv to the computer and use that instead of a monitor. I use this machine as a DVR.

thanks
