I currently have an Antec Nsk2480 case, but have upgraded some of the hardware recently so am looking for a smaller case.

Originally I needed 2x 3.5" HD's, but am planning on buying a home server so have since installed 1 2.5" SSD in the case, as the operating system will be all I need once I have set up my server.

The motherboard I have is the Gigabyte GA-A75M-UD2H, along with a couple of 2GB RAM sticks, a wireless adapter card and a blu-ray writer drive.

So basically all I need is space for 1 drive bay for a 2.5" SSD, space for 1 optical drive, and for the RAM and wireless card.

Any suggestions would be really helpful.

Thanks

EDIT : Forgot to add that id prefer the same shape as the case I have, just as small as possible. I'm not a big fan of the ones that are 'cube' shaped... if that makes sense.

Thanks Zap, I was starting to think after noticing that the thread had over 100 views without a reply that I was being too picky lol.
Would there be many more options open to me if I wasnt too bothered about it being the cubed kind?

Thanks for the reply, there's only two Lian Li cases in the link that are microATX suitable, one of them is bigger than my current one but the other looks a decent size.

Maybe a few more.

What are your end goals? Are you looking for super quiet? Super small? Super cheap? Super cooling? Super duper? :p

Are you willing to buy parts besides a new case to achieve those goals? For instance, what do you think about mini ITX motherboards? A number of them now come with WiFi and you can shrink your system considerably.

Well seeing as ill only need 1 HD bay and 1 optical drive bay, im just looking to get as small a case as is possible, but for the equipment I already have. It's only been about a year since I built it and am very happy with the hardware, apart from the case. Dont get me wrong its a great case, it just doesnt suit my needs anymore.

I play a couple of games on the setup I have just now, but its rare I do this so not essential. The only thing I really with it is watch my tv shows/movies with XMBC, with some web surfing and downloading.

Mini itx with the wifi built in is intriguing though.... damn you for mentioning it and making me spend more money lol.

I shall investigate.
