microATX Case and mod shop?

Anyone know a reputable store that I can buy an aluminum microATX case, and have them also be able to preform mods. I'd like:

1. a handle on it for carying
2. A laser etched logo would be awesome
3. Window + lighting might be nice

Pretty much only #1 is really needed. I just don't trust myself with a potentially $200 case and a dremel.
