Microatx and atx???????????

Micro ATX are smaller boards than ATX and don't necessitate using the more powerful supplies to get the job done like ATX boards. Micro ATX are often all-in-one boards as well, having audio, video, and LAN on board. Most quality cases will allow for mATX and ATX boards so there usually aren't any compatability issues.
