MicroATX and ATX power supplise the same?

I'm in the process of custom building a case for my HTPC. I'm using a 5 disc DVD player case that matches my reciever. I can get everything to fit except the power supply.

So I need to know if I can I use a microATX supply? or is there a slender ATX supply available anywhere?

Will I need to switch to a microATX to use a micro ATX supply?

Currently have an ATX board with a 3 PCI 1 AGP riser card.

ATX and Micro ATX have the same connectors.

Just like most ATX power supplies have universal mounting screw points, "most" mATX also have universal mounting points typically using 3 screws to secure the PS.
