Micro Pro Inc..ever have probs w/them?

I ordered a vid card from these guys that turned out to be defective...I sent it back w/ their return FedEx label and its been two weeks and they say they havent recv it yet!...Can anyone let me know if you had a similiar expeirience w/this company...thxs

You have a tracking # you can give them? If you fedexed it then chances are they either have it or Fedex lost it. Either case you should be able to resolve your problem.
