Is there any difference between the power supply in a Micro ATX case and the power supply in a regular ATX case?
If a Micro ATX MB will mount in a regular ATX case will all function fine?

Thanks

The only difference is the power. mATX power supplies will usually be ~145W, while ATX are 250W+(generally).

So, you can stick a MicroATX board in an ATX case just fine.
