Micro ATX mobos & OCing

I'm thinking of building a little mATX rig to surf the web, etc while my main rig does its video work and I've noticed that only full size mobos seem to have the tools to OC well. Is there a good mATX mobo that OCs well that I'm unaware of? I'd really be interested in a SKT 754 mobo so I can use the new Palermo cpus that seem to OC really well on default voltage. Thanks.

LGA775:

S754:
MSI K8MM ILSR
Gigabyte K8M800
DFI K8M800 Infinity
Biostar K8NHA-M
SOLTEK K8M800I-RL 754 Micro ATX

S939:
Foxconn NF4 NF4K8MC-ERS
MSI RS480M2
ECS RS480-M V1.0
GA-K8A480M-9

for socket 754 consider the biostar , there is a person in the fs/ft forum that has one listed . he is going to have it on ebay this weekend i believe .

the biostar is the only one that has best overclocking functions for the 754.

for the 939 consider the ECS as it is available , the other one i am waiting to hear more about is the Gigabyte .

Thanks for the reply and multiple options. The SKT 754 Palermo 3000+ is pretty cheap right now so that is what my focus will be on.
