Micro ATX Mobo's... any ideas?

I have a small list of Micro ATX motherboards that I am thinking of, but am not sure how well they rate to one another. This is just for a small system that will be used as an entertainment centre: e-mail, music, web surfing, etc.

One thing I do not worry about is a dedicated video card, so all the Micro-ATX boards I am looking for must have shared video.

Let me know what you think of these motherboards:

ASRock GE Pro-M2 650GX
AsRock P4I45G Mobo
Asus P4SP-MX SiS651GL Prescott M/B

Any other suggestions?

For the uses you describe, how about a $59 Shuttle MN31L or maybe this Chaintech with S-Video out, combined with a 1.6GHz Duron or something? If you have some leftover PC2100 lying around, there you go
