I wanted to ask if anyone knows of a small case for a micro atx mobo and 4 hdds. Made myself a video server to store my files in an older tower case and would like to save some space. Ideally, would like to have a fan on the 4 hdds. Thanks.

How much work are you willing to do to achieve it or do you expect a turnkey solution? The few mATX cases with 4 HDD bays as standard that I saw on Newegg have no fan on the HDDs due to length limitations. You'll need to have ATX case depth to put a fan on them internally. You could cut a fan mount from the front panel in front of the fans and perhaps thru the bezel (as the fan would have to mount on the outside of the front case panel) to do it.

I found this Apex case that can mount some kind of fan: http://www.newegg.com/Product/...x?Item=N82E16811154050

The evercase 3505 is one of the nicest mATX cases but it only holds two HDDs and the fan is not in front of them, but you might be able to arrange some way to hold 4 HDDs in front of the fan.

After thinking about it, the fan really isn't necessary as I only plan to turn on the rig to ttransfer files to and from my main pc. Looking for something I can put on my desk.

Well, use Newegg's case configurator and you'll find the four mATX cases with space for 4 HDDs that I found. I like the looks of the Athenatech over the Foxconns.
