Micro ATX choices

I am in need of a Micro ATX motherboard for a HTPC I'm putting together. I'm going to need TV Composite out and might want DVI later also. Either onboard or from a GPU. (no need for HDCP support atm)

I was thinking of using my AMD Athlon 64 3000+ (SK754) and would need a PCI-Express 1x slot and a PCI slot for the 2 TV tuners I have.

I've come across the ASRock K8NF6G (Nvidia 6100) and Asus K8V-VM (VIA) boards and they look OK but they don't have any TV-out options. I would need to buy a GPU for the outputs I am looking for.

I've seen recommendations for Micro ATX boards with TV-out but they seem to be Socket AM2 or 775. I only have DDR memory so those won't work. Although if there was a good SK939 board with the TV-out options, I could spend the money I would have used on a GPU toward a low-end CPU instead.

Any recommendations on those 2 boards I linked to or other options? I would appreciate it.

Also, would this GPU be good for displaying out to a TV?
